JK F1 Race at TWISTER – Race Report & Full Results

The JK F1 field put on a fast and competitive show at TWISTER, with tight battles throughout the top five and several standout lap times keeping the pressure high all race long.
Piper Clark set the pace early and never let the field close the gap, taking the win with 277.59 laps and a strong 4.949 best lap on the Orange lane.
Shawn Sweeney stayed in contention throughout the race, finishing second at 273.09 laps while posting a 4.961 best time.
Third place went to Leonard Strand, who delivered the fastest lap of the race with an incredible 4.096 on the Red lane while finishing with 272.81 laps.
Just behind the podium, David Bauder narrowly missed third with 272.49 laps, making for one of the closest battles of the afternoon.
Bill Clemans completed the top five with 268 laps and one of the fastest laps of the event at 4.900.
Doug Yarbrough remained competitive throughout with 266.55 laps, while John Kolman and Keith Bare battled through difficult heats to finish seventh and eighth respectively.
Robert Hanlen finished ninth with 224.09 laps, and Owen Yarbrough rounded out the field in tenth after encountering troubles during the race.
