TWISTER NASCAR Race Report
June 12, 2026
The TWISTER track hosted a pair of exciting NASCAR classes on June 12, with both the Expert and Amateur divisions delivering close competition and impressive lap times.
NASCAR Expert
The Expert field saw a strong performance from Aaron Rothstein, who dominated the event with 287.33 laps and the overall victory. Aaron was consistently quick throughout the race and posted a best lap of 4.677 seconds, the fastest lap of the evening.
Piper Clark secured second place with 281.61 laps, maintaining steady pace throughout the race while recording a solid 4.816-second best lap. David Parsons rounded out the podium with 278.20 laps and an impressive 4.697-second best lap, second fastest in the class.
Doug Yarborough finished fourth with 274.54 laps, followed closely by Mike Wilson in fifth with 272.02 laps. Shawn Sweeney completed the field in sixth place with 258.80 laps.

NASCAR Amateur
The Amateur division featured one of the closest finishes of the night as David Bauder edged out John Kolman by just 1.59 laps to claim the victory. Bauder finished with 254.99 laps while Kolman crossed with 253.40 laps. Although Kolman recorded the quicker best lap at 4.960 seconds, Bauder’s consistency proved to be the difference.
Bryan Williamson completed the podium with 251.19 laps, only a few laps behind the leaders. Further back, Robert Hanlen finished fourth with 238.40 laps.
The battle for fifth through seventh was exceptionally tight. Jack Granchi claimed fifth with 227.99 laps, narrowly ahead of Keith Bare (227.13) and Jim Bowes (227.10), with only 0.89 laps separating the three racers.
