10 Person Round Robin In The Expert Group

10 racers this week, including amateur winner Curtis Hardy getting some track time with this group. Curtis can say that he beat legendary racer Lee Gilbert in his first race!!

The track had lots of built up rubber on it, and what that means is every lane races a little differently in my opinion. I think it’s important to run every lane in practice when track conditions are like this to understand how your car will work on each lane.

Both Aldens where once again very fast this week. The last half of the race Doug Yarbrough was winning every dang segment. Fortunately for me I had a very uneventful race paired with a car built by Fred Klinger, and won the race ahead Jim, and Chris Alden.
