Weekly Stock Car Race Amateur Division Race Report for August 13th, 202, Another Win for Robert Hanlen, Dan Savage visits from Modelville Hobby

Joining the Amateur division again was Raymond Batchelor from our Expert division running with the amateur to help balance the mains out. Also Dan Savage in town for a wedding and visiting all the way from Modelville Hobby in Massachusetts joined for another adventure. Out to an early Lead was Robert Hanlen, only to be overtaken in heat 2 by Raymond Batchelor. Raymond continued his streak of terror through the end of Heat 3 where again Robert took the lead by less than a lap, meanwhile Landen Crampton having a rough start worked through the field to move up a space, eventually losing it back to Dan Savage. From then on it there were two battles happening the entire race, one between Robert and Raymond, and another between Dan Savage and Landen. In the end, Robert Hanlen took the win, Dan Savage in 2nd Place, and Landing in his second ever podium finish took 3rd place.
