Jim Nelson Wins Amateur Stock Car Race!

5 entries this week in the amateur stock car division. All of us welcomed back Curtis Hardy after a few weeks away. Jim Nelson grabbed the early lead and led the whole way for the win. Curtis held onto second place most of the race, but was run down by Piper Clark for that position. Finishing in the 3rd spot was Robert Hanlen who had a strong run this week.

Piper will look to bounce back and get her lap totals back in the 270’s this week. Curtis Hardy who finished just 8 laps behind the race winner could be a dark horse pick for the win. Mike Wilson has run into a stretch of bad luck lately which has taken away his chances to win. Usually he is right in the mix!

Saturday Jan. 19th is series racing. Remember you if run amateur LMP, you can run the class following LMP which is called DTM. All that you have to do is swap bodies and you are good to go.
