Chris Alden Nearly Hits For The Cycle!

The May series races took place last Saturday afternoon. For those that are unfamiliar with the monthly racing series, we race 4 different classes of cars. The LMP class is split into 2 different groups amateur, and expert. Everyone races together in the classes called DTM, GT 12, and 1/24 Eurosport.

Chris Alden established himself as the favorite heading into the American Flat Track Worlds happening July 26-28 at the track. Chris was able to win 3 out of the 4 classes, nearly hitting for the cycle. The only one he did not win was 1/24 Eurosport.

The next series race is June 15th. That gives everyone another chance to get their cars right before the flats. It also gives racers who have not been to the track in a little while the chance to dial in their cars before the big race as well.

Friday night Nascar racing as always starts at 7pm, and is run every week on that day and time.
