Mike Wilson Wins Amateur Nascar Race

4 racers made it to the track for the amateur group. Car count was a little light, but that can be expected over a holiday weekend. Mike Wilson grabbed the lead early, and although Robert Hanlen was able to keep it close for a bit, Mike would eventually cruise to an easy win. Robert finished second ahead of his brother Rick who finished in third.

There are a couple of new racers who have joined this group, the father and son team of Jeff and Mike Phillips. New racers are always welcome, or if you would like to stop by and check out the racing action sometime, racing starts at 7pm every Friday night.
