Friday Night Nascar Race Report

11 racers made it into the raceway. We were a little short on amateur racers, so an A main, B main format was run. We have been running the new Proslot sealed motor for 3-4 weeks now, some are still searching to find the right gear ratio and balance with their cars.

Last weeks TQ and race winner Bill Clemens found himself in the B main this week. Though he would go onto win the B, he wouldn’t have the lap total to contend for the overall win this time around. I was able to win the race ahead of Tim Burgess, and Lee Gilbert.

With the Flats just a month or so away, the Friday night Nascar group is a great way to get the trigger finger back into shape. Racing starts at 7pm ( or 7:03 if Leonard is racing) every Friday night.
