The TWISTER track hosted a pair of exciting NASCAR races on May 29, featuring both Expert and Amateur divisions. Drivers battled through the technical layout, with several close contests throughout the evening.
NASCAR Expert Division
The Expert class produced a highly competitive race, with just over four laps separating the top three finishers.
Piper Clark claimed the victory with an outstanding total of 297.45 laps, using consistency and smooth driving to hold off a determined challenge from the field.
Finishing second was David Parsons with 294.14 laps, remaining in contention throughout the race and keeping pressure on the leader until the final segments.
Bill Clemans rounded out the podium with 293.41 laps, less than one lap behind Parsons and firmly in the hunt for a top-two finish.
Doug Yarbrough finished fourth with 289.68 laps, showing strong pace but falling just short of the podium positions.
Shawn Sweeney completed the field in fifth place with 269.36 laps.

NASCAR Amateur Division
The Amateur division featured a strong field of eight racers, with several drivers showing excellent consistency and determination.
John Kolman captured the Amateur victory with 272.72 laps, leading the field with a steady performance from start to finish.
David Bauder secured second place with 268.31 laps, staying within striking distance of the leader throughout the event.
The battle for third was intense, with Bryan Williamson edging out Robert Hanlen by just six-tenths of a lap. Williamson finished with 255.60 laps, while Hanlen posted 255.00 laps in one of the closest contests of the night.
Jack Granchi took fifth place with 242.60 laps, followed by Keith Bare in sixth with 239.27 laps.
Mike Strong finished seventh with 210.99 laps, while Jim Bowes completed the field in eighth place with 195.00 laps.
