Jim Nelson Cruises To Victory in the Weekly Stock Car Amateur Divison

After a rough start to his race, Jim Nelson took the top spot by the end of the third segment and rolled to an easy win in the 7 car field. Last weeks winner Mike Wilson finished in the second spot. The final podium spot went to Robert Hanlen who had the highest actual/potential percentage this week.

Looking ahead to this weeks racing action, it feels like Robert Hanlen is on the cusp of putting himself into contention for a win. Both the Friel brothers have been running much better in the past few weeks. I would expect to see tight competition throughout the field.
