First coat of Primer

Ray and I finished sanding, then using Dondo filled any imperfections in the roadbed (there were 3 major ones and about a million tiny ones). After a final sand to 400 grit we applied primer today. It laid down really nice and flat. I’ll block sand the surface by hand with 400 grid to knock off any boogars, and tomorrow we will apply another coat of primer. in the meantime I’ve been finishing preparations for the new Lapmaster timing system to be installed (mostly some wiring cleanup as I mentioned previously).
