Drag Racing Results for August 13th, D. Schmidt bumps L. Altmayer from the #1 Spot in Drag Outlaw

We started out Tuesday night drag racing program again this week with the Drag Outlaw Challenge. Dale Schmidt had the confidence to win after installing a new ProSlot Velociraptor Extreme motor in his 02 Camaro but nearly lost the race after cutting a .1939 light winning with a slight margin of .0186 but still cutting his fastest E.T. Yet of .07593. Brandon Colson then took the win over Jim Radford with a 1.0491 E.T in his S10 vs Jim’s 1.246 in his stock Parma Edge. Next up was Dan Deering being Challenged for his #9 spot by Jeff Sweeney, this was going to be the night that almost wore Dan’s car out running 5 races and eventually getting bumped off the list completely. After a loss to Jeff Dan Turned around and beat Challenger Shawn Sweeney who was trying for that #10 spot, Unfortunately for Dan Dave Collins took him out in the next race back for revenge in his AMX. Josh Carsen decided he wanted to play too and Challenged Doug Jones for his #3 spot, taking the win and moving up on the list to #3. In our final race Charlie Harnes unsuccessfully challenged Dave Collins to try to make it onto the list but lost in a close race with a final win margin of .0361. Congratulations to Dave Collins for making it on the Drag Outlaw top-10 list this week.
